(published under the individual name Vanja Aleksić) ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data in relation to the video game Ikarus Parkour ("Game") released on the Epic Games Store (and containing the Steam SDK for potential future distribution) and this one-page informational website at https://ikarusparkour.com ("Site").
Key point: We do not intentionally collect or store personal data ourselves. Any personal data related to your Epic or Steam account is handled directly by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

3. Scope
This Policy covers: (1) your use of the Game on the Epic Games Store (and any build including the Steam SDK) and (2) visits to the static Site hosting this Policy. It does not cover third‑party websites or services you access via external links.
4. What Personal Data We Collect (Directly)
None. We do not directly collect, request, store, profile, or combine personal data (such as name, email, IP logs, gameplay telemetry, analytics, crash reports, chat, or purchase history). Optional Epic Online Services features (matchmaking, lobbies, achievements, analytics, voice/text communication) are not enabled. No in‑game account system exists.
5. Platform & Hosting Data (Indirect)
While we do not actively collect data, limited personal data may be processed by third parties simply because you access the Game or Site:

Epic, Steam, and Namecheap act as independent controllers of their respective platform/hosting data.

We do not perform active processing of personal data. Platform providers rely on their own legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for basic platform and hosting operations (security, fraud prevention, delivery). We do not re‑use or further process data. If this changes (e.g., adding analytics), we will update this Policy and, where required, seek consent.
8. No In‑Game Purchases
There are currently no in‑game purchases or DLC. We receive no payment or billing data; any store purchase data remains with Epic (or Steam, if applicable).
10. International Transfers
We do not export or store personal data ourselves. Platform/hosting providers may transfer data internationally under their own safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not create separate copies.
11. Data Retention
We retain no personal data locally. Platform and hosting logs are retained by their respective providers according to their policies. We do not download or extend that retention.

Our primary safeguard is data minimization—avoiding collection or storage of player personal data. We rely on the security of Epic / Steam and Namecheap for infrastructure. No method is perfectly secure; if a relevant incident is identified we will follow applicable notification obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU/EEA) you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object, portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., ÚOOÚ in the Czech Republic).

Because we do not hold your personal data, most rights requests (access, deletion, etc.) must be directed to the relevant platform:

The Game carries the following ratings / audiences: ESRB Mature 17+, ACB Mature, ClassInd 14, IARC Generic 16+, PEGI 16, Russia 18+, USK No youth rating. The Game is not directed to children under the minimum applicable regional age. If you are below the minimum age for your region, do not play the Game.
16. Automated Decision-Making / Profiling
We perform no automated decision-making or profiling of players.
17. Third-Party Links
If the Game or Site links to external websites (social media, trailers, etc.), their privacy practices are their own responsibility. Review those policies separately.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Game, legal requirements, or platform integrations. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
